- Monitoring on company mail Inbox
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings, appointments and note down minutes of meeting
- Handle Accounts of boss and even International accounts handling
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, call forwarding, etc.
- Devise and maintain office filing system, keep records and folders arrangements
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients Produce reports, presentations, briefs, etc.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Make travel, transport and accommodation arrangements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with grace
- Arranging events and conferences by maintaining event calendar and reminders
