Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing and organizing the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Taking dictation and meeting minutes, and following up action points.
• Handling phone calls and emails, and passing on and highlighting messages for attention.
• Entering data, maintaining databases, keeping records, and drafting correspondence.
• Maintaining files and documents, both physical and digital, in an organized manner.
• Preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
Requirements:
• Graduate preferable if done any course related to Secretory.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Should have MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Should have 2 years experience as personal assistant.
