Hey, I'm Rikon, Founder and CEO of INTIGLY. I'm looking for a full-time assistant to join me in Delhi. This isn't your typical assistant role--it's a mix of executive support and brainstorming partner, where you'll help me manage day-to-day tasks and work on new ideas together.
#Responsibilities: - Organize and manage my calendar, book travel, and handle emails efficiently. - Keep track of personal and work-related tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. - Assist with communication--whether it's responding to messages, calls, or organizing meetings. - Collaborate with me on new projects and ideas, conducting research and helping draft initial plans. - Get updates from other team members on ongoing projects to keep everything running smoothly. - Support in creating concepts for courses, products, or other business opportunities. #Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with a knack for handling details. - Ability to communicate fluently in English. - Problem solver who can quickly adapt and figure things out. - Excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with lots of autonomy. # Bonus: - Interest in tech, media, or entrepreneurship is a big plus. - A love for personal growth and learning would make things even more fun.
