Job Title: Personal Assistant / Content Writer
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Working Hours: Full time, aligned with the time zone of the dicrector's location.
Compensation: INR 13,500 - 16,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Content Writer to provide comprehensive support to a director in managing day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be fluent in British English, adept at multitasking, and comfortable working remotely. This role combines administrative support with creative tasks, requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively juggle responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
• Plan, prioritize, and manage the director's daily schedule and tasks.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the director.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, invoicing, and document management.
Task Management
• Take care of delegated personal and professional tasks to ensure the director's productivity.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address them without waiting for instructions.
• Liaise with other stakeholders and service providers on behalf of the director.
Content Writing and Social Media Management
• Research, draft, and edit high-quality content, reports, and presentations tailored to the director's requirements.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for the director's social media platforms.
• Monitor social media metrics and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Research and Report Preparation
• Conduct thorough research on topics as assigned, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Prepare detailed and polished reports, summaries, and presentations for internal or external use.
Qualifications and Skills
• Fluency in British English (written and spoken) with exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus but not essential.
