Key Responsibilities :
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Founder, managing communication and correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
• Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Founder.
• Travel coordination (domestic and international) when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
• Gender : Female
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
Preferred :
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of [any specific industry-related skills, if applicable].
• Prior experience in assisting top executives or founders is a plus.
