Job Objective: The Personal Assistant will be responsible for organizing the executive's schedule, enabling a focus on high-priority tasks. Additionally, the assistant will conduct research and present findings in graphical or tabular formats to facilitate better decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation for critical tasks.
Research and Reporting: Research assigned topics, compiling data into clear, concise reports using graphical and tabular formats.
Meeting Summaries: Listen to or read transcripts of meetings, summarizing key points.
Email Management: Read and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely follow-up with clients and stakeholders.
Client Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate and complete various tasks and projects.
Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Phone Call Management: Answer phone calls in a professional manner, directing inquiries and taking messages as necessary.
