  • Responsible for administration, Coordination, and clerical activities of Director such as answering phone calls, Preparing, and managing correspondence, reports, Presentations, and documents.
  • Composing, typing, and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, routine, and reports.
  • Managing the travel arrangements and coordinating the pre-planning of trips.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars. Arrange and confirm appointments.
Required Skills
  • Candidate should be fluent with English language (Read, Write and Speak)- MANDATORY
  • Logical thinking.
  • Organizing.
  • Good in communication.
