Job Description

We are looking for a

MALE

candidate only.

Executive Assistance:



Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle confidential documents, communications, and correspondence on behalf of senior management. Maintain and monitor various database and trackers. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips. Serve as a liaison between Director's and internal/external stakeholders.

Office Administration:



Oversee office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management. Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments. Manage office records, filing systems, and documentation. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any stream. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience in supervising sub-staff. Knowledge of office management software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: INR 30,000 to 40,000
