Senior Manager - Digital Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consolidate and leverage digital marketing within the entire organization.
Should oversee Digital Marketing for BII & BIO Brands, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Point of Sale, Connected Devices, Internet of Things, CRM, Change Management.
- Should manage all digital activities from ideation to execution.
- Responsible for planning and implementing digital activities related to the Brand Plans.
- Should devise strategies to secure the right connections with the consumers. This covers media, social, Search, CRM and innovations.
- The purpose is obviously to drive online traffic to the company website and social but as well (1) tracking conversion rates, (2) making improvements in the consumer engagement, (3) contribute to consumer insights such as 1P data.
- Developing and managing digital marketing activations and overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Responsible for managing online brand and product and extension campaigns to raise brand campaigns at successful levels. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company\'s brand.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Lead the agencies/partner relationships along with the team below - in the development, execution and on-going evaluation of all relevant aspects of the digital marketing programs.
- Ensure adequate focus on new digital opportunities for areas such as online, social media and new internet connected devices.
The core responsibility would revolve around following verticals:
Media, Content and Technology:
- Support the Digital Marketing Director in the rollout of the Digital Transformation Roadmap. This implies constant innovative ideas and new consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in multiple domains: Media, DMP, DCO, Search, Social Media, Content creation and distribution, analytics & insights.
- Identify, test and leverage pertinent external digital innovations around content creation and distribution.
- Creation and animation of Digital trainings & workshops.
- Deployment of digital media expertise & capability internally and through agencies
- Definition and deployment of a media effectiveness and media efficiency strategy, roadmap
- Definition and deployment of measurements tools and business related KPIs
- Identify, test and leverage pertinent external digital innovations around content creation and distribution.
- Manage consumer facing corporate website presence, brand website presence (Websites and Applications)
- Manage communication across various digital touchpoints, including email marketing for targeted reach
Social Media Strategy and Content, Creative Evangelization:
- In-house management of Social Media platforms across Pernod Ricard Brands
- Evangelize digitalization of consumer touchpoints amongst all PRI stakeholders
- Listening, Benchmarking, operating in-house social command centres

Desired Candidate Profile:
QUALIFICATION: Post-graduate/ MBA from reputed institutes
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ Years of total experience with at least 8 years\' experience in digital marketing domain
- Renowned industry experience in executing digital marketing campaigns at a FMCG/consumer internet company, or management consulting experience at a consulting firm with an aptitude towards and experience in technology and marketing.
- Digital Marketing experience covering research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development, campaign execution.
- Ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to develop creative/ non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems. Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs.
- Successful track record of planning and rolling out large-scale/ global marketing campaigns; Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
