Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Permanent Makeup Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality permanent makeup services and performing a variety of other cosmetic procedures to enhance clients' appearance. This role requires a combination of artistic ability, precision, and knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in the beauty and cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Permanent Makeup Application:
• Perform consultations to understand clients' needs and desired outcomes.
• Apply permanent makeup, including eyebrow tattoos (microblading, powder brows, ombre brows), eyeliner, lip blush, and scalp micropigmentation (if applicable).
• Ensure all procedures are done with precision and attention to detail for natural and lasting results.
• Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both clients and team members.
• Cosmetic Procedures:
• Offer a variety of additional cosmetic services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lash lifts, eyebrow tinting, and other skin treatments as required.
• Assess clients' skin type and concerns to recommend appropriate cosmetic treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the best results for clients.
• Client Care and Consultation:
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their cosmetic needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on post-procedure care, including touch-up requirements and maintenance for optimal results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and personalized treatments.
• Sanitation and Safety:
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment by adhering to strict hygiene standards, cleaning and disinfecting tools, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Keep accurate and confidential records of clients' procedures, preferences, and aftercare instructions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Permanent Makeup application or related cosmetic procedures.
• Proven experience as a permanent makeup artist with a portfolio of work.
• Additional certifications or experience in other cosmetic procedures (e.g., facials, lash lifts, microdermabrasion) is a plus.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Strong attention to detail, artistic ability, and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
