Role Overview:

We are looking for a Perl Developer with deep expertise in Perl programming and, ideally, additional experience in Python . The role involves working with relational database systems such as Oracle to support our software solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience Level: 5+ years of experience as a Perl Developer

Technical Skills:

o Advanced proficiency in Perl; experience with Python is a plus.

o Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred).

o Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Perl Developer with a strong background in backend development and database integration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Perl programming and experience working with relational databases, such as Oracle . Proficiency in Python is a bonus. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain software solutions using Perl .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality code.

Integrate and manage databases like Oracle for optimal performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the software lifecycle.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to best coding practices.

Contribute to project planning, estimations, and technical documentation.

Work independently in a remote setting while maintaining effective communication with team members.

Qualifications and Experience

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Perl Developer .

Technical Skills Required

Advanced proficiency in Perl programming (required).

Experience in working with relational databases , like Oracle .

Additional experience in Python is a plus.

Strong understanding of backend development , database integration, and system architecture.
