Job Description

• Diagnosis and Treatment Planning : Utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques such as X-rays, clinical examinations, and periodontal probing, you'll assess the extent of gum disease (periodontitis) and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy : Administering non-surgical treatments such as scaling and root planing to remove plaque and tartar buildup from the surfaces of teeth and below the gumline, and applying antimicrobial agents to control bacterial growth.
• Surgical Periodontal Procedures : Performing various surgical procedures to treat advanced periodontal disease, including flap surgery, gingival grafts, bone grafts, guided tissue regeneration, and periodontal pocket reduction surgery.
• Implant Placement and Maintenance : Planning and placing dental implants to replace missing teeth, as well as performing bone augmentation procedures to ensure adequate bone support for implant placement. Additionally, providing ongoing maintenance and care for dental implants to ensure their long-term success.
• Soft Tissue Management : Addressing cosmetic concerns and enhancing the appearance of patients' smiles through procedures such as crown lengthening, gingival contouring, and esthetic soft tissue grafting.
• Management of Periodontal Complications : Managing complications associated with periodontal disease, such as abscesses, gum recession, and tooth mobility, through appropriate interventions and follow-up care.
• Collaboration with General Dentists and Specialists : Working closely with general dentists and other dental specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring multidisciplinary care, such as those with complex restorative or orthodontic needs.
• Patient Education and Prevention : Educating patients about the importance of proper oral hygiene practices, including effective brushing and flossing techniques, and providing guidance on lifestyle factors that can impact periodontal health, such as smoking cessation and dietary habits.
• Research and Continuing Education : Staying abreast of the latest advancements and research in the field of periodontology through continuing education courses, seminars, and involvement in professional organizations. Additionally, contributing to the advancement of periodontal knowledge through research and publications.
• Documentation and Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient consultations, treatment plans, procedures performed, and follow-up care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
