Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Design:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and objectives.
+ Develop detailed performance test plans, including test scenarios, scripts, and environments using LoadRunner.
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for performance tests.

• Test Execution:
+ Implement and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner.
+ Monitor and manage test environments, ensuring that they are properly configured and maintained.
+ Analyze and interpret performance test results, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

• Analysis & Reporting:
+ Generate comprehensive performance test reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Present findings to stakeholders and assist in prioritizing performance-related issues.
+ Provide feedback to development teams on performance issues and collaborate on solutions.

• Continuous Improvement:
+ Stay updated with the latest LoadRunner features and best practices.
