Position Title: Performance Testing LeadPosition Type: Regular - Full-Time xe2x80x8bPosition Location: New DelhiGrade: Grade 04Requisition ID: 34798JOB PURPOSE:The NeoLoad Performance Testing Leader is responsible for leading performance testing initiatives using NeoLoad to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of software applications. This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance test plans, as well as analyzing and reporting test results. The NeoLoad Performance Testing Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing best practices into the software development lifecycle and will mentor a team of performance testers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement a comprehensive performance testing strategy using NeoLoad.Define performance test objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with project goals.Identify key performance metrics and benchmarks.Test Planning and Execution:Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad.Execute performance tests and monitor system performance under various load conditions.Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and optimization opportunities.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance testing engineers.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Quality Assurance:Ensure performance testing processes meet quality standards and best practices.Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.Track and report on key performance test metrics and outcomes.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and translate them into test scenarios.Communicate performance testing goals, progress, and results to stakeholders at various levels.Promote the importance of performance testing across the organization.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in performance testing tools and practices.Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance performance testing capabilities.Drive the integration of performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• 3+ years of experience in a lead or management role in performance testing.
• Proven experience in designing and executing performance tests for complex software systems.
• Strong knowledge of NeoLoad and other performance testing tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages used for performance testing (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
