Job Summary xe2x80x93Performance testing experience with one or more tools (LoadRunner, JMeter or VSTS etc)Years of experience needed xe2x80x93 3 to 4yearsTechnical Skills:

• Experience in performance Testing for website and web applications.
• Understanding of performance requirements gathering
• Create performance test plan
• Create performance test cases / scripts using LoadRunner
• Execute Performance tests as per client requirements
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks and report to the client

Project Competencies

• Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills.
• Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects.
• Testing Background experience required

Behavioral Competencies:

• Should be a good individual and team player and quick learner.
• Should be able to deliver tasks independently.
• Should be able to mentor team and take ownership of deliver.

Nice to have

• Experience with profiling tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics
• Experience with VSTS Web Test Tool
• Experience with Fiddler/HTTP Watch
