4. Monitoring and Resiliency: Implement real time monitoring solutions using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk, while conducting chaos and resiliency testing to enhance reliability.
5. Capacity Planning and Reporting: Predict future system requirements based on growth trends, provide detailed performance test reports, and recommend strategies for continuous performance improvements.

Investigate performance issues, analyze logs and metrics, and identify root causes of bottlenecks in applications and systems.
Monitor application performance, analyze metrics, logs, and traces to identify performance issues across various tiers of the application stack. Effectively triage issues and prioritize based on severity and impact.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis of performance problems, utilizing debugging and profiling tools to pinpoint the underlying cause. Document findings and recommendations for remediation.
Implement monitoring solutions to track application performance in real-time and recommend optimizations based on findings.
Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements based on RCA findings. Recommend and implement code-level optimizations, architectural changes, and infrastructure adjustments to enhance application performance.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to integrate performance considerations into the software development lifecycle.
Should possess a solid understanding of application architecture, including front-end, back-end, database, and infrastructure components, to effectively diagnose and resolve performance issues across the entire application stack.
Create detailed reports on performance test results, including recommendations for improvements and best practices.
Develop and maintain performance testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Assist in capacity planning by analyzing current system performance and predicting future needs based on projected growth
Identify scenarios for chaos and resiliency testing, execute tests and identify potential areas to improve application reliability and resiliency
Should have experience in Performance engineering tools like IBM heap dump, IBM thread dump, Java visual VM, etc.
Should have experience in Profiling tools like Jprofiler, Yourkit.
Should have experience in SQL tuning, code tuning, etc.
Should have experience in application monitoring tools like Appdynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, New relic, etc.
Should have experience with cloud provides AWS, GCP and Azure
Should have experience in Chaos testing tools like Gremlin, Litmus, Chaosblade, etc.
