Job Description

:Roles & Responsibilities:As a Performance Test Engineer, Play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our software applications through performance testing.Work closely with development teams to design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.Execution and analysis of performance tests to validate application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. * Identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.

• Collaboration with development teams to address performance-related issues.

• Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives in performance testing practices.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing.

• Familiarity with performance testing tools and frameworks such as Locust JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.

• Understanding of scripting language such as Python, Shell, etc.

• Good understanding of performance monitoring and profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

Tools & Technologies Required:

• Performance Testing Tools and Frameworks : JMeter, , Locust, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.

• Scripting Capability: Python, Shell etc.

• Performance monitoring and profiling tools: New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.

• Continuous integration and delivery tools : Jenkins, Travis Cl, GitLab CI etc.

• Collaboration and Communication : Slack, Microsoft Teams

• Jira for project management and issue tracking

• Confluence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
