We are currently seeking a Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- 5+ years of relevant work experience conducting performance testing of mission critical applications/solutions.
- Experience with scripting and testing using Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Working knowledge of test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, etc.)
- Ability to create reusable performance test scripts.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at a sound analysis and judgment.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience testing mission critical Insurance Applications (i.e. Policy Admin and Claims Processing Systems).
- Complete understanding of the full policy (new business / mid-term endorsement / renewal / cancellation) and Claims (FNOL/verification/reserves/payments/recovery) lifecycle.
- Familiar with application development best practices.
