• design, build and maintain a performance testing framework for a large business critical system
• manage, monitor and improve the infrastructure used for performance testing
• develop custom tools and integrate with existing tools to increase engineering productivity
• liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations
• comply with test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans

UBS RecruitingYour teamIn our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You\'ll be working in the GCRG Risk Assessment & Measurement team in Pune focusing on maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Measurement System (ERMS) platform. ERMS is an integrated, global, enterprise-wide tool for managing audit and operational risk, including Issues, Audits, Controls, Events, Risk Assessments and Policies.Aside from your direct team, this role brings the opportunity to interact with support team members in Poland, Switzerland, Singapore, and US, as well as an active global user base, so if you are interested in meeting people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures then this could be for you!Your expertise

• Ideally 10+ years\' experience in IT with a background in performance and reliability engineering and hands-on in enterprise software development (ideally Java)
• A proven track record for solving complex problems through structured analysis as well as a high level of abstraction skills to create strategies and planning for technical tests
• Strong communicator, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with performance test tools, like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar, ideally combined with administrative know-how
• Broad technical skillset including working knowledge of Java, Apache web server & Tomcat, Kafka, as well as a solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and Oracle DB
• Any of the following skills in advantageous: Enterprise Monitoring (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana), Database performance tuning, Java memory management
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
