We are seeking a skilled and passionate Performance Marketing Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on performance marketing strategies, tools, and techniques to individuals or teams. Additionally, the candidate will be required to execute in-house performance marketing campaigns while providing hands-on training, ensuring participants gain real-world experience alongside their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Design and deliver performance marketing training sessions (paid search, display ads, social media, SEO, etc.)

2.Develop training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

3.Teach participants how to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and leverage platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.

4.Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

5.Evaluate participants' progress and provide constructive feedback.

6.Tailor training programs based on participant skill levels and business needs.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.

2.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.

3.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4.Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

5.Experience in training or mentoring individuals is a plus.

Preferred:

1.Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related platforms.

2.Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
