Job Description


:We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager & Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee client relationships while driving data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing client accounts, developing performance marketing strategies, and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client (sakeholder) needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to showcase campaign performance and insights.
Performance Marketing:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and ensure efficient ad spend allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maximize campaign success.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in account management and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop compelling ad content is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Background in B2B marketing, e-commerce, or tech industry is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
