  • Enhance employer brand awareness of our clients and RSR in the digital space
  • Drive applications, increase website traffic, improve conversion to talent communities
  • Measure effectiveness, ROI, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize programmatic marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools - optimize the marketing conversion paths
  • A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate consistently
  • Increase the recruitment marketing funnel efficiencies / effective reporting
Plan, Build and Optimise
  • Planning campaigns, analysing metrics, and identifying trends (Day to Day management)
  • The day-to-day running of Programmatic Job Ad Platforms where relevant with suppliers
  • Media Optimisation and Performance / Execute & monitor ad job distribution and advertising
  • Campaign creation, keyword builds and executions on all ad platforms
  • Provide data-driven recommendations across multiple concurrent assessments
  • Advise and lead technical integration with ATS and publishers with ad platforms e.g Joveo
  • Governance and Quality Assurance of digital campaigns
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the recruitment marketing team and Talent Marketing function in delivering recruitment marketing solutions
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing dataset

  • Creating and running campaigns on Programmatic, Search, Social Media and other platforms
  • Recruitment marketing strategy, operations and execution
  • Supporting media proposals with campaign estimates
  • Website and landing page builds through relevant technology platforms
Key Expertise
  • Experience or a high level of awareness in these areas: social media, search & display, campaign management, and programmatic advertising
  • Previous experience using programmatic job distribution and advertising platforms, for example: Joveo, SFX/SmashFlyX, or AppCast
  • Fluency with media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges
  • Proficient use of data analytic platforms, such as Google Analytics
  • Highly proactive and excellent multitasking skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, programmatic media and reporting - the ability to build an integrated marketing campaign end-to-end
  • Strong programme management skills - well-organized, obsessive attention to detail, data-driven, and able to oversee delivery in line with set project deadlines
  • Excellent command of English language and communication skills
  • Proficient use of the Google Suite of products (Gmail, Meet, Sheets, Slides) as well as MS Office
Qualifications
  • 3+ experience, University (Bachelor\'s) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
  • Google Ads Certification is desirabl
