Position Overview: Performance Marketing Specialists will be tasked with the development, implementation, and enhancement of online advertising campaigns with the objective of generating quantifiable business outcomes. A candidate who is proficient in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to accomplish specific goals, including but not limited to increased sales, lead generation, and brand visibility, will be data-driven and results-oriented. s:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display advertising) to meet or exceed specific performance targets.
Oversee the daily implementation of marketing campaigns, encompassing tasks such as ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation.
Collaborate with product, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure that performance marketing activities are aligned with overall project objectives.
Engage in collaborative creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaign themes and strategies.
Perform a competitive analysis in order to establish a benchmark for performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain current knowledge of performance marketing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Build direct relationships with our audiences through community management. Share any learning internally with teams.
Job Requirements:
At least possess a bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making.
Minimum of 2 years experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles
Proficient in using digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Native Platform), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously..
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Experience in managing social/content accounts (either personal or business accounts).
An understanding of social media analytics and how to apply learnings from this.
A deep understanding of social commerce and the wider social and media landscape.
A proven ability to problem solving and change approaches with trends.
