Position Overview:
Performance Marketing Specialists will be tasked with the development, implementation, and enhancement of online advertising campaigns with the objective of generating quantifiable business outcomes. A candidate who is proficient in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to accomplish specific goals, including but not limited to increased sales, lead generation, and brand visibility, will be data-driven and results-oriented. s:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display advertising) to meet or exceed specific performance targets.
  • Oversee the daily implementation of marketing campaigns, encompassing tasks such as ad creation, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure that performance marketing activities are aligned with overall project objectives.
  • Engage in collaborative creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaign themes and strategies.
  • Perform a competitive analysis in order to establish a benchmark for performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain current knowledge of performance marketing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Build direct relationships with our audiences through community management. Share any learning internally with teams.
Job Requirements:
  • At least possess a bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles
  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Native Platform), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously..
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Experience in managing social/content accounts (either personal or business accounts).
  • An understanding of social media analytics and how to apply learnings from this.
  • A deep understanding of social commerce and the wider social and media landscape.
  • A proven ability to problem solving and change approaches with trends.
