As our Performance Marketing Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving results through paid social media campaigns. You'll create, manage, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI for our clients across social media platforms. This role requires someone who's results-driven, creative, and proficient in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms
• Track and report campaign performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop strategies to maximize reach and engagement while staying within budget
• Research and apply best practices in paid social media marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance and paid marketing on social media
• Proven proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to track, report, and improve campaign performance
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
