We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplaces PMM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, data analysis, and a results oriented mindset to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. . Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating paid advertising, SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and other relevant channels. Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, user acquisition and revenue generation. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize results. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI. Continuously evaluate and optimize budget allocation based on performance insights. Analytics and marketplace analytics dashboards.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics, analyze trends, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Present insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making. o Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement. o Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, design, and sales to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies. Communicate campaign objectives, performance updates, and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
