We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns for our clients and brands. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve measurable results across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
This role offers flexibility--it can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's profile and preferences. The position is fully remote, so you can work from the comfort of your home without the need to report to an office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign ROI.
• Develop compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with designers and content teams.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign results and generate detailed performance reports for clients.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
• Support the client servicing team by ensuring campaigns align with client goals and expectations.
Deliverables:
• Monthly performance reports with clear metrics and actionable insights.
• Well-optimized campaigns achieving or exceeding defined KPIs (e.g., sales, leads, ROAS).
• Comprehensive ad strategy for each client, including targeting, creatives, and budgeting.
• Ongoing campaign optimization plans to ensure consistent improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in running and managing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and others.
• In-depth knowledge of ad metrics, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in using A/B testing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting campaign performance and insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with e-commerce advertising and driving online sales.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO and its integration with paid campaigns.
• Basic graphic design or copywriting skills for ad creation (preferred but not mandatory).
