Key Responsibilities -
1. Product Development:
- Working closely with game designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop new game concepts that align with the company\'s overall vision and goals
- Conducting market research to identify market trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for innovation in the gaming industry
- Defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and managing the product development process to ensure that all products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards.
2. Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our games and drive player acquisition and retention.
- Manage all digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing.
- Deep understanding of AppsFlyer, UAC, AAA ads, and other important marketing and attribution tools.
- Collaborate with our game development team to ensure that our marketing campaigns align with our games\' features, themes, and target audience
- Create and manage campaigns across different ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure that they deliver high-quality services and meet our expectations.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote new products and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audience
- Leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement and retention
- Establishing partnerships with key influencers and other strategic partners to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
Key Skills and Experience Required -
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the real money gaming industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build consensus around key decisions.
- Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, paid search, and display advertising.
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Experience managing campaigns on multiple ad platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook.
- A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends, player behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex product development projects, from ideation to launch.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry\'s trends and dynamics.
