As a Performance Marketing Manager - Google platforms, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Company\'s online advertising campaigns across Google\'s platforms and channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize the performance of campaigns, achieve business objectives, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Your expertise in digital marketing, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in driving growth and enhancing the effectiveness our Growth efforts. Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience on Google\'s platforms. Create and manage online growth campaigns across Google\'s platforms such as Google Ads, Display Network, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve optimal ROI and maintain spend within allocated limits Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business strategies Requirements Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing on Google platforms Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights. Excellent communication skills to convey strategies effectively, results, and recommendations to stakeholders. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
