Whitemagic Fashions, the master franchisee for Fashion TV salons in Kerala, is a trailblazer in the beauty and fashion industry. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns.

Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), while also supporting SEO strategies to drive traffic, leads, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• SEO Integration:
• Collaborate on improving organic traffic through on-page and off-page optimization.
• Use SEO insights to complement paid strategies and create cohesive campaigns.
• Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• A/B Testing and Optimization:
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
• Optimize campaigns based on test results and performance data.
• Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
• Identify key audience segments and develop personalized advertising strategies.
• Use tools like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to refine targeting efforts.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Explore and recommend new advertising formats and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for the fashion and beauty industry is a plus.
