Role Overview Description
The Senior Manager of Performance Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance marketing, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adeptness in team building, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
• Make data-driven decisions and execute campaigns with a focus on optimizing performance and achieving KPIs.
• Demonstrate adaptability in navigating dynamic market conditions and evolving industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results consistently.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee team management processes, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Manage financial aspects of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
• Stay abreast of the media landscape, digital marketing trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies effectively.
• Maintain accountability within the team, setting clear expectations and measuring performance against established KPIs.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, empowering team members to contribute effectively to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
• Optimize marketing campaigns through continuous monitoring, analysis, and adjustment based on performance metrics.
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with media partners and vendors.
• Implement media analytics tools and methodologies to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI accurately.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Experience in managing $50,000 ticket size campaign.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong team building and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Proficient in budget management, with the ability to allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing data and making strategic recommendations.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions and evolving industry trends.
• Effective time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong business development acumen, with a focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with financial management principles and practices.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Knowledge of brand management principles and practices.
• Competency in competitive analysis and market positioning.
• Experience in campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with media partners and vendors.
• Proficiency in media analytics tools and methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
