Performance Marketing Manager

  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
  • Experience managing Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other social media advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with foreign clients and managing global campaigns is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and new marketing channels and technologies

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and others
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective digital campaigns
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Create and execute successful digital campaigns for the clients.
  • Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance and budget spend
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing channels and technologies
  • Monitor and stay within budget for client campaigns
