Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, manage acquisition channels, and drive measurable growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, optimizing spend, and analyzing data to enhance ROI and customer acquisition for COAL Clean Beauty. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to build impactful campaigns that align with our brand's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Design and implement data-driven, multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and emerging social channels.
- Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Lead daily management of paid campaigns, including A/B testing, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics, customer data, and market trends to make informed decisions, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on Creative Strategy: Work closely with design and content teams to develop impactful, on-brand creative assets, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity.
- Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Use data to understand our audience, optimize targeting, and create tailored strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Own performance marketing budgets and forecasts, adjusting spend across channels as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain performance reports, sharing key insights with stakeholders and providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and keep COAL Clean Beauty competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, social media ads management platforms, and other performance marketing tools.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proven experience in using data to inform and optimize campaign strategy.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Ability to work with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing assets.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Passion for Clean Beauty: A genuine interest in sustainability, clean beauty, and ethical consumerism.
