• This is a full-time on-site role as a Performance Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. As a Performance Marketing Manager at Mulmul, you will be responsible for overseeing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement & to achieve the highest possible return on investment .
• Ensure monitoring & reporting on channels like Meta, Google, and other affiliate partners.
• Conducting market research on the latest trends in digital marketing.
• Researching competition ads, communication, offers, and preparing actionable plans.
• Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
• Learning and utilizing analytics tools to identify anomalies and trends.
• Conducting timely meetings with Agencies to discuss performance and actionable strategies for optimization .
• Share reports/analysis with Management.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
