As we work for our thousands of customers, we gather millions of data points about their business, and in turn we transform those into useful, actionable insights and recommendations to accelerate their growth through smart algorithms.We are a team of 480 builders from 18 countries, with offices in Singapore, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK committed to delivering a delightful experience to our clients!Role OverviewReporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will have the objective to grow our paid operations globally across the UK, AU, HK and SG. In the UK and AU in particular we\'re going through an exciting phase of scaling our activity and this role will be instrumental in driving the growth by focusing on improving our ROAS and running innovative experiments, while maintaining a strong data-driven approach.ResponsibilitiesAccount Management

  • Execute and optimise PPC, Paid Social and retargeting campaigns across multiple countries
  • Conduct regular keyword research and campaign audits to identify new opportunities
  • Manage large campaign budgets to drive growth whilst optimising towards ROAS
  • Maximise the opportunity of automated bidding strategies and campaigns, including PMax
Strategy
  • Implement scalable paid campaigns using a hypothesis-led approach to test, learn & iterate.
  • Strong focus on driving revenue and higher AOVs at target ROAS
  • Ensure that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
  • Stay abreast with Search trends, techniques and constantly looking to test new channels
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Ad Copy
  • Apply best practice to landing page design to improve the UX and boost CVRs
  • Produce engaging and concise copy for campaigns to increase CTR
  • Continuously test new ad copies and landing pages through A/B testing methodologies
Reporting and Analysis
  • Track KPI\'s to identify opportunities and report back to the marketing team & wider business
  • Creative and analytical mindset and must have a data driven approach
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years\' experience as a Performance Marketing manager or similar
  • Proven track record of growing PPC operations for a tech/ecommerce business or an agency
  • Experience with managing campaigns in Google Ads
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO and channel attribution
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
Beneficial Experience
  • Comfortable with managing & testing tags on GTM to ensure accurate tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot and Big Query connections with advertising platforms
  • Able to use SQL to manage data and automate reports including script management
  • Experience of leveraging AI for campaign implementation and management
  • International and B2B experience
  • Experience with Hubspot, Tableau, VWO, Facebook and Linkedin
  • Languages: Mandarin and Cantonese
