Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for performance-driven strategies? We are seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. With your expertise, you'll manage a team of digital marketers, ensure client satisfaction, and drive measurable outcomes across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategizing and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to meet client objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance.
• Client Management: Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through excellent communication and results-driven approaches.
• Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs, project turnaround times, and client satisfaction scores to evaluate campaign success.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI for clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies into digital marketing efforts.
Required Experience:
• At least 2 years in the advertising and marketing industry.
• Minimum 1 year managing a team of digital marketers.
• Proven experience strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Extensive experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Education and Certifications:
• MBA in Marketing, BE, or equivalent certification.
• Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
