The idealcandidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency.The Senior Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketingcampaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels,including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.\xe2\x97\x8f Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization,and performance analysis.\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growthopportunities.\xe2\x97\x8f Create compelling ad copies and creatives that drive engagement and conversions.\xe2\x97\x8f Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders.\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignmentand drive campaign success.\xe2\x97\x8f Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement themto improve campaign performance.Qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency for D2Cclients.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, etc.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.\xe2\x97\x8f Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
