The idealcandidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency.The Senior Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketingcampaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels,including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization,and performance analysis. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growthopportunities. Create compelling ad copies and creatives that drive engagement and conversions. Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignmentand drive campaign success. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement themto improve campaign performance.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency for D2Cclients. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
