Role Overview:



The

Performance Marketing Specialist

is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, and managing performance channels such as

PPC, Social Media Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, SEM, and Email Marketing

.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Paid Advertising:

Set up, manage, and optimize

PPC campaigns

(Search, Display, Shopping, Video). Implement

retargeting strategies

to improve customer conversion rates.

Affiliate & Partnership Marketing:

Build and manage affiliate marketing programs. Identify and onboard performance-based partners.

SEM & SEO Collaboration:

Work closely with the

SEO team

to align paid and organic strategies. Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.

Email Marketing Automation:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns. Segment email lists based on customer data and behavior.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc. Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.

Budget Management:

Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Forecast spending and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.

A/B Testing & Optimization:

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in

PPC, SEM, affiliate marketing, retargeting,

and

email automation tools

(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Hands-on experience with

A/B testing

and

conversion rate optimization

(CRO). Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Knowledge of

SEO fundamentals

to align paid and organic strategies.

? Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Google Ads and Meta certifications (preferred).

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
