Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Paid Advertising:
Set up, manage, and optimize
PPC campaigns
(Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
Implement
retargeting strategies
to improve customer conversion rates.
Affiliate & Partnership Marketing:
Build and manage affiliate marketing programs.
Identify and onboard performance-based partners.
SEM & SEO Collaboration:
Work closely with the
SEO team
to align paid and organic strategies.
Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
Email Marketing Automation:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
Segment email lists based on customer data and behavior.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Forecast spending and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in
PPC, SEM, affiliate marketing, retargeting,
and
email automation tools
(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
A/B testing
and
conversion rate optimization
(CRO).
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of
SEO fundamentals
to align paid and organic strategies.
? Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Google Ads and Meta certifications (preferred).
