Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Growth Associate / Performance Marketing Specialist with 5 years of hands-on experience in driving digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data-driven marketing and have a strong track record in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, and ensuring high ROI on marketing investments.
In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define growth strategies, run performance marketing campaigns, and continuously optimize efforts to meet and exceed KPIs. Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Take ownership of the full campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Data Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV), to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
• Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data to improve targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Use A/B testing and multivariate testing to continually optimize digital assets (ads, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.) for improved conversion rates.
• Audience Segmentation & Targeting:
• Develop detailed customer segmentation strategies and create targeted campaigns tailored to different user groups (demographics, behaviors, interests).
• Utilize advanced targeting strategies (retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences) to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
• Budget Management & ROI Tracking:
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rate, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor spending to optimize ad budgets and ensure campaigns are running cost-effectively while achieving the desired results.
• Collaborative Growth Initiatives:
• Work closely with product teams, designers, and content creators to develop compelling creative assets (ad copy, visuals, landing pages) that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
• Partner with the CRM team to align on retention and lifecycle marketing strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the data team to track and analyze performance across all touchpoints, including web, mobile, email, and paid media.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, performance advertising, and growth strategies.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership, presenting key results and making recommendations for further campaign improvements.
• Communicate results and insights clearly, translating complex data into actionable strategies and business recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant marketing platforms are a plus.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with a proven track record of driving acquisition and revenue growth through paid channels.
• Strong experience with Google Ads , Facebook/Instagram Ads , LinkedIn Ads , and other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing , conversion rate optimization (CRO) , and data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , HubSpot , SEMrush , Hotjar , and other performance and analytics tools.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in campaign performance optimization and budget management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies as they relate to performance marketing is a plus.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, actionable format.
• Strong team collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with product, design, content, and sales teams.
