We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Real Game sector. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective performance marketing strategies.
• Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels including
Meta, Google, and affiliate networks to drive user acquisition and retention for our games.
? Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and
LTV, and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game development and creative to ensure
alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
? Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance
marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
? Manage relationships with external partners such as advertising networks, agencies, and
affiliates to expand our marketing reach and drive scalable growth.
? Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of
resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Qualifications:
? 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and
retention in the gaming industry.
? Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns on platforms
such as Meta, Google (including Google Ads and Universal App Campaigns), and affiliate
networks.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable
insights to optimize campaign performance.
? Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming industry trends, player behavior,
and monetization strategies.
? Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager,
Google Analytics, and attribution tracking solutions.
? Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies and techniques to improve app
visibility and conversion rates.
? Familiarity with ad creative best practices and A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad
performance and user engagement.
? Understanding of gaming KPIs and metrics such as DAU, ARPDAU, and retention cohorts, and
their impact on user acquisition and monetization strategies.
