As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your goal will be to optimize advertising spend, drive conversions, and achieve business objectives while maintaining a high return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development and Management:
• Plan, create, and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to reach the most relevant customer base.
• Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, CPA, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track conversion rates and user behavior.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content, SEO, and design teams to develop high-quality ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
• Reporting and Insights:
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for growth and optimization in existing campaigns and explore new performance marketing channels.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
