Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs. Analyze and interpret performance metrics to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) to track performance and generate insightful reports. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Explore and experiment with new channels, tools, and strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing. Strong expertise in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance-based platforms. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B/B2C digital marketing is a plus.
