Role Overview

We're looking for a data-driven, ROI-obsessed

Performance Marketing Executive

who lives and breathes paid campaigns. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms for our diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across

Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other platforms

Drive ROAS, conversions, and lead generation for e-commerce and service-based clients Build custom audience funnels and retargeting strategies Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and tweak creatives, budgets, and targeting in real-time Collaborate with the design/content team to create high-performing ad creatives Write clear briefs for landing pages and A/B test copy/CTAs Prepare weekly/monthly reports with key performance metrics and actionable insights Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad policies

Required Skills

1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Strong command of

Meta Business Suite

,

Google Ads

, and analytics tools Understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, etc. Knowledge of e-commerce and service funnels Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and automation tools is a plus

Bonus If You

Have worked at a digital agency before Know how to scale ads for D2C brands Are Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certified Understand Shopify, WordPress, or landing page tools like Webflow
