Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our client's online presence through targeted paid advertising campaigns. The role focuses on managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads to effectively increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, and be passionate about optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Campaign Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads, conversions, and drive traffic to websites.
• Campaign Management & Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data to achieve KPIs and ensure optimal ROI for clients.
• Creative Testing & Improvement: Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve ad performance and user engagement.
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Define target audiences through detailed customer segmentation to ensure precise targeting and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.) to measure campaign performance and generate insightful reports. Analyze and interpret metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROI to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Budget Allocation & ROI: Effectively manage and allocate campaign budgets across various platforms to ensure high-performing campaigns within budget constraints.
• Trend Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct competitive research to refine strategies and improve performance across all paid channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and social media, to ensure campaign strategies align with the brand's overall marketing objectives.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain comprehensive records of campaign strategies, performance data, and optimizations for future reference and collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist, focusing on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong expertise in paid media channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
• Excellent understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
