At Get Catalyzed , we manage lead generation ad campaigns for clients such as B2B companies, coaches, and eCommerce store owners. As part of our growing team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Sachin Jangir , our founder with 8 years of expertise in digital marketing and paid advertising, to deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a confident Performance Marketing Executive to handle client campaigns with a result-oriented approach.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven optimizations.
• Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.

Error Management:

• Monitor and fix errors in campaigns, creatives, and online content promptly.

Reporting:

• Provide detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Trend Updates:

• Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to ensure campaigns remain competitive.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years in performance marketing or paid advertising campaigns.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with remarketing, conversion tracking, and A/B testing strategies.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.

Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
