We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across various digital platforms to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and has hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities : Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Plan, create, and execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Optimize search, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns to achieve traffic and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ads and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.
Budget Management
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Monitor spending and adjust campaigns to align with budget and business goals.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS to measure campaign success.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager for performance monitoring.
Optimization and A/B Testing
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign results.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in audience segmentation and bidding strategies.
Trend Awareness and Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
• Incorporate innovative techniques to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
Client Collaboration
• Work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand objectives and align campaigns with their business goals.
• Provide regular updates on performance and insights for optimization.
Software Proficiency
• Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms for campaign management and optimization.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Proven experience (1.5+ years) in performance marketing for platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data and insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines under pressure.
