Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Location - VERVE LOGIC LLC , 5D, near Punjab Kesari, opposite Regional Transport Office, Jhalana Institutional Area, Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004.
Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing with 2 years of hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Paid Search Campaigns:
• Plan, implement, and optimize comprehensive paid search campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
• Campaign Management and Monitoring:
• Monitor and manage daily budget allocation, bid management, and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance.
• Regularly analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet and exceed KPIs.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation:
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for optimization.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for paid search campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Provide regular budget updates and recommendations to the marketing team.
• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with other marketing channels, such as social media and email marketing, to create integrated marketing campaigns.
• Performance Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on the performance of paid search campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate results and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
• Familiarity with keyword research tools, bid management software, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
• Google Ads Certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.
• PPC Campaign Management & Performance Marketing,
• E-Commerce Marketing (Must), SEO, SMM, SEM etc.
• Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant channels.
