Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon, and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and highly familiar with the nuances of each platform's advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Creation & Management :
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, and quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto).
• Set up campaign structures including ad sets, targeting, budgeting, bidding, and creative.
• Ensure alignment of ads with overall brand strategy, product launches, and promotions
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization :
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyzing key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reach set goals.
• Conduct A/B tests for creative, targeting, and ad formats to identify the best-performing campaigns.
• Data Analysis & Reporting :
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track the success of campaigns.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Amazon Advertising Console to track and interpret data.
• Provide actionable insights for scaling successful campaigns and pausing underperforming ones.
• Budget Management :
• Manage budgets efficiently across different platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
• Reallocate budget based on campaign performance and business needs.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Maintain effective communication with external agencies or platforms when required.
Key Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, Amazon, and other platforms.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing ad spend across multiple channels.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising Console, and quick commerce ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, performance optimization, and budget management.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and performance reporting tools.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
