Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a track record of driving performance through data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive measurable growth and optimize performance across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Data Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and CPA to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Optimization : Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
• Budget Management : Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve set targets.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising with a focus on data-driven results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to drive optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present data and insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
