We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in managing ads for e-commerce brands on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and a proven track record of driving successful ad campaigns for D2C brands .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies for our D2C clients.
• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to achieve desired ROAS.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, recommending optimizations and adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and performance marketing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad performance and delivery.
• Ensure all campaigns are executed within budget and meet the client's objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Proven experience working with e-commerce brands; experience with D2C brands is non-negotiable.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with all relevant terminologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to strategize, execute, and monitor ad campaigns independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
