Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Define target audiences and create buyer personas to tailor marketing efforts.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including PPC, display advertising, social media ads, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Select the appropriate channels for different campaigns based on target audience and goals.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets across various channels to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and adjust spending to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve click-through and conversion rates.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and create personalized marketing campaigns.
• Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid search strategies.
• Optimize SEM campaigns for maximum visibility and effectiveness.
• Implement CRO techniques to improve the user journey and increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to landing pages and funnels.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliates and partners to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor affiliate performance and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Adapt strategies based on industry changes and new opportunities.
• Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand and business goals.
• Communicate campaign goals, strategies, and performance to stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with performance marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Performance marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
